Lets see what you’ve got! Once we have met, and discussed your ambitions for your property, we will need to have a look around, discuss the scale, timeframe, and budget for the works and then arrive at a realistic prospect.

CONCEPT

From thousands of inspiration images, such as colour palettes, furniture or overall schemes, we will edit down until we have found indicative images that reflects your vision perfectly.

DETAILED DRAWINGS

Once we have the architectural drawings or measurements necessary for your site, we can begin drawing up plan layouts and elevations; basically any drawings needed to instruct the contractor for the works.

SPECIFICATION

Using our wealth of trusted industry suppliers, we will specify all finishes required to complete the refurbishment of your home.

CONSTRUCTION

Before works start on site we will finalise pricing through the tendering process and select the right contractor. We will then project manage the work ensuring the highest standards and delivering on time and on budget.

FURNITURE, FITTINGS AND EQUIPMENT

We’ll help source the perfect soft furnishing, sculptures and pieces for your home.

INSTALLATION & DRESSING

The best bit! We’ll assemble, dress and accessorise and leave the champagne in the fridge.
